About
Jessica Ambadipudi
Hi ! my name is Jessica Ambadipudi and I'm originally from Bangalore, India, and currently based in Atlanta, Georgia. Growing up in a family of IT engineers, I found my creative calling through drawing, analyzing films, and immersing myself in national geographic documentaries. This unique background has shaped my perspective and instilled a deep appreciation for storytelling in various forms.

I am a Spring graduating MFA student from Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) in Atlanta, with a Master's degree in Animation. My work is centered around visual development, concept art, and illustration, where I focus on creating compelling narratives through both traditional and digital mediums.

With a passion for both 2D and 3D animation, I have honed my skills in hybrid content creation, often experimenting with innovative animation techniques to bring fresh perspectives to storytelling. Over the past year, I’ve been particularly inspired by wildlife and children's picture book illustration, exploring traditional mediums like gouache to express these themes visually.

As a creative designer, I am deeply committed to using design as a tool for storytelling. My goal is to create meaningful, visually striking content that resonates with audiences and enhances narratives across the film, television, and gaming industries. I am eager to apply my skills and creativity in a role where I can contribute to the development of immersive, engaging designs.

In my free time, I enjoy sketching playful animals at local cafes or exploring nature to practice my bird photography—activities that further fuel my creativity and passion for storytelling.
